Air Force School, ASTE took its wings in 1977. Right from its inception the only aim of the school was to provide quality education and mould the children who are the future citizens of India with the help of dedicated staff who have been striving hard to achieve excellence in all the fields. This was further made possible by the Management's interest in providing the infrastructure.
Air Force School, ASTE is imparting students to have a solid Grasp of foundation knowledge on which to base new information for any form of learning to occur, and require an understanding of a certain body of knowledge if they are to be considered educated. It is also vital, however, that students develop the ability to think for themselves in AFS, ASTE if they are to succeed beyond the school context.
Let us recognize that today, more than ever before, what matters is not what we do or where we live, but what we know. With two-thirds of all new jobs requiring higher education, knowledge has become the most valuable skill. As we enter a new era of accountability, we planned to bring our school system into the 21st century by concentrating on all round development of the child.
